On Cooking Anything

Food is quickly becoming my passion. And as an amateur chef, I’m slowly finding hit-and-miss recipes and taking time perfecting my favorite foods. Anything from grilling burgers to marinating steaks to baking eggplant parmigiana takes heart, and a ton of TLC. If you’re not feeling it, the food won’t be good at all.

So as a culinary mastermind from Top Chef says, “If you’re not in a good mood, the only thing you should make is a reservation.”
